At Planit Travel, we have our inhouse Conferences & events team, called Planit Meetings. The specialised team have years of experience in organising events and conferences in Malta and abroad. From small board meetings to large conferences, we create high quality events that will impress your delegates.

Our Approach

Wherever you decide to hold your event, we work with tried and tested suppliers: hotels, transfer companies, conference rooms, restaurants and anything else you might need. We will appoint an event representative who to make sure that everything is prepared according to your requirements and our agreement, down to the smallest details.

When events are held in Malta, our team will be personally present on site to monitor and assist if necessary.

Being part of a fully-fledged travel agency, we can provide all services required, including flights, accommodation and transportation. We cater for conferences of all sizes – from groups as small as 10 to more than 100 delegates.

Each meeting is coordinated carefully with the venue, customising every detail as per the client’s requirements. This includes:

  • Personal room layout
  • Provision of IT or technical equipment;
  • Provision of meeting stationery, such as notepads, pens, placards and signage;
