benefits include cover for medical expenses caused by or resulting from COVID-19. Claims will be paid for medical expenses up to the amount shown in your schedule of benefits and subject to the terms and conditions of your policy. All other benefits remain available as standard for travellers aged one month or over on the date of travel and 79 years or under when the trip, for which this insurance is purchased, finishes.
battleface does not provide cover for quarantine or self-isolation, any type of trip cancellations, trip interruption, curtailment of a holiday or lockdowns in relation to COVID-19 or any governmental restriction
battleface Crisis Response is not an insurance plan, but a service single-trip contract that provides protection and assistance up to 250,000 for victims of violent crimes, wrongful detention, mysterious disappearance, kidnapping, blackmail, extortion, political threats, hijacking, and acts of terrorism. This product cannot be purchased more than 90 days in advance.
Additional coverage available for:
Crisis Response is currently not available for trips with the following destinations: Cuba, Crimea Libya, Iran, North Korea, Somalia, Syria, Sudan, Venezuela and Yemen.
Campbell Irvine Ltd is an independent privately owned company that has been trading since 1973 providing travel insurance schemes.
The Campbell Irvine Direct travel insurance policy is only available for persons, irrespective of their nationality, who reside or intend to reside for a period of not less than 3 months in the UK or countries within the the EU.
In addition to covering medical emergency treatment overseas if diagnosed with COVID-19, the cancellation cover will also cover if you have to cancel your trip if diagnosed with COVID-19 and advised not to travel or if you are denied boarding.
